Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:
 
• Provide support to Executive Director (CEO) & General Manager (GM) for smooth business operations. 
• Assist to take meeting minutes and preparing agenda. 
• Schedule appointments for CEO and GM and send calendar for meeting invitations to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist to manage expense reimbursements for CEO & GM. 
• Liaise with travel agency for travel and flight booking and arrange transportation for CEO and GM. 
• Maintain sensitive and confidential information. 
• Compiling reports and drafting letters. 
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO & GM from time to time. 

Qualification:
 
• Bachelor of Business Administration/ Secretarial/ Human Resources Management or equivalent. 
• Internship experience in administrative/secretary tasks will be an advantage. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Good Chinese verbal and written communication skills. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Training will be provided.

Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and support the sales team in achieving its goals. Your contribution will be crucial in enhancing our company’s presence in the market and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
   • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify market trends and opportunities.
   • Manage and update customer databases and assist with lead generation activities.
   • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and trade shows.
   • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing and customer service.
   • Develop and maintain social media profiles and content across various platforms.
   • Track marketing and sales data to provide reports on performance and effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Assistant or similar role.
   • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
   • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
   • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
   
Education:

    • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
